Things that used to bring joy are no longer on your schedule. Your thoughts of work, school, relationships, and even food are overwhelming. Sleep is a struggle. Coping with overwhelming thoughts and emotional struggles impacts both mental and physical well-being. You want to find answers but feel stuck. I believe in the inherent wisdom of each person I meet with and working together we can find those answers.
“My passion is to help adults connect with their values and grow in confidence to thrive in a way that is meaningful for them. I view therapy as a process of change that best occurs in a trusting, emotionally safe relationship. This process may include challenging old beliefs, increasing self-awareness, learning new skills, and developing healthier interpersonal relationships. My approach is fairly active. I will ask questions, make observations, and look for patterns related to the concerns you present. I also encourage you to be active in defining goals and completing assignments outside of therapy.”
